At IsedaMall, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

7-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in their original condition.
Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals (where applicable).
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

The following items cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly:

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), IsedaMall will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where the return resulted from our error.

Where stock is available, eligible items may be exchanged for another size, colour, or the same product.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return under this policy.
